All application data — orders, menu items, ingredient purchases, inventory, user accounts, and business settings — is stored exclusively in a local SQLite database on your Windows PC. This data:
The application computes a machine ID from hardware identifiers on your device. This machine ID is used solely to generate and validate your software license key. The machine ID is displayed within the app (Settings → Activation) so you can share it with us when requesting a license key.
The machine ID is not transmitted automatically. You choose to share it with us only when requesting a license key by email or other communication.
Campus Restaurant does not require an internet connection and does not make any network requests. No outbound connections are made by the application during normal operation.
Campus Restaurant does not integrate with, or transmit data to, any third-party services, analytics platforms, advertising networks, or cloud providers.
Campus Restaurant is a business software tool. It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, the security of your data depends on the security of your Windows PC. We recommend:
