One app for everything a teacher manages daily
Teaching is not just about delivering lessons. It is also about tracking thirty or more students across attendance, homework, exams, behavior, parent communication, and development notes — every single school day, for the full academic year. Most teachers manage this across scattered notebooks, spreadsheets, sticky notes, and phone reminders, which means things fall through the cracks.
Teacher's Aide is a Windows desktop application that brings every piece of class administration into a single organized place. From the moment you create a class and import your student roster, everything is connected. Attendance links to student profiles. Homework tracks per student. Exam marks link to each student's history. You see the full picture from one sidebar.
All records local — no cloud, no subscription, no tracking
Student data is sensitive. Teacher's Aide is built on the principle that your class records belong on your device, not on a server somewhere. The app is fully offline — it does not require an internet connection to function, does not sync to any cloud service, and does not require creating an account. All data is stored in a local database on your Windows PC.
This also means the app works in schools where internet connectivity is unreliable, in areas with spotty Wi-Fi, or simply when you want to work without distraction. Open the app, and everything is there.
Import your student roster via CSV
At the start of each term, adding thirty or more students manually is time-consuming. Teacher's Aide supports bulk CSV import for student records. Prepare a spreadsheet with your class list — names, parent details, phone numbers, addresses, blood group, bus number — and import the whole class in seconds. Sample import templates are built into the app so you know exactly which columns to use.
- Import the full class roster from a CSV at the start of term
- Fields include name, parent names, phone numbers, address, health details
- Sample CSV template available inside the app
- Marks can also be imported via CSV for any exam
PDF reports ready to share or print
When it is time for progress reports, parent-teacher meetings, or administrative submissions, Teacher's Aide generates the documents you need. Class summary PDFs include attendance totals, exam averages, and key student stats. The exam timetable can be exported as a formatted PDF to print and display. Marks and student rosters export to CSV for use in other school systems.
25+ sections covering every part of teaching
Teacher's Aide is not a single-purpose tracker — it is a full classroom management system with over 25 organized sections available from the sidebar. Whether you are planning tomorrow's lesson, logging a parent phone call, marking today's attendance, or adding a co-curricular achievement, everything is in the same app without switching tools.
