End-User License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Upon purchase of IconLab, TheHobbyist Software grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use the IconLab software on your personal computers for your own personal and commercial creative work.

This license covers all future updates to IconLab at no additional cost.

2. Permitted Uses

• Install and run IconLab on devices you personally own or control.
• Use IconLab to create, design and export icons for your personal and commercial projects.
• Use the icons and images you create with IconLab without restriction — the output files are yours.

3. Restrictions

• You may not copy, resell, sublicense, rent, lease or otherwise distribute the IconLab software to third parties.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the software except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• You may not remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices in the software.
• One purchase grants a license to one individual user. For team or organisational deployment, please contact us.

4. Ownership

IconLab and all copies thereof are proprietary to TheHobbyist Software and title thereto remains with TheHobbyist Software. All rights in the software not specifically granted in this license are reserved to TheHobbyist Software.

Your output files are yours. IconLab makes no claim over the icons, images, or any other assets you create or export using the software.

5. No Warranty

IconLab is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. While we strive to make it reliable and high-quality, we cannot guarantee it will be free of bugs or suitable for every use case.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall TheHobbyist Software be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use IconLab, even if TheHobbyist Software has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Refund Policy

If IconLab does not work as described and we are unable to resolve the issue, we will offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Please contact amit@thehobbyist.in with details.
