1. Information We Collect

We collect no information whatsoever. Specifically, SmallBizzCMS does not collect, transmit, store externally, or share:

• Personal identifiers (name, email, phone number, address)
• Business data you enter into the application
• Financial records, contacts, documents, or any other content
• Device identifiers or hardware information
• Location data
• Usage analytics or behavioral data
• Crash reports or diagnostic telemetry
• Log files transmitted to any server

2. Where Your Data Is Stored

All data you create within SmallBizzCMS is stored exclusively on your local computer in a folder you choose during the initial setup. The application uses a local SQLite database file and local file system paths only.

The data folder remains entirely under your control. You can back it up, move it, or delete it at any time using your operating system's standard file management tools.

• All business records are stored in your chosen local data folder
• Application preferences are stored in Windows local app data
• No data is synchronized to any cloud service
• No data is shared with any third party, ever

3. Internet and Network Access

SmallBizzCMS does not require an internet connection for any of its core features. The application does not open any network sockets, make any HTTP requests, or communicate with any server — ours or anyone else's.

The only network-related capability present is the ability to open URLs in your system browser (e.g., if you store a website link for a contact). This action is initiated explicitly by you and is handled entirely by your operating system and browser, not by our application.

4. Third-Party Services

SmallBizzCMS does not integrate with, report to, or rely on any third-party services, analytics platforms, advertising networks, or cloud providers. There are no embedded SDKs that phone home.

5. Children's Privacy

Because we collect no data of any kind, there is no special risk to users of any age. SmallBizzCMS is designed for small business owners and does not target children.

6. Security

The security of your data is entirely in your hands, which is by design. SmallBizzCMS offers an optional PIN lock to prevent unauthorized access on shared devices. We recommend:

• Enabling the application PIN lock in Settings
• Keeping your Windows account protected with a strong password
• Regularly backing up your data folder to an external drive or encrypted cloud backup of your choice
• Enabling Windows BitLocker or equivalent full-disk encryption

7. Data Deletion

To permanently delete all data created by SmallBizzCMS, simply delete your chosen data folder from your file system. Uninstalling the application from Windows Settings will remove the application binaries; you must separately delete the data folder if you wish to erase your content.

8. Changes to This Policy

If we ever change this policy in a material way (for instance, if a future version were to add any form of network functionality), we will update the effective date at the top of this page and note the change prominently in the application release notes. We will never introduce data collection without clear, affirmative notice.
